What a fun book! The first thing that caught my eye was the artwork, and that it was about bears – I love bears! But it was story that really captured my heart. I love how the kids learn to come together and to believe in themselves (and their own unique talents!) to deal with the bullies at school. I got the impression this was written by a loving parent for their own kids and I’m glad they decided to share it with the rest of us! Definitely worth adding to your library!

As a teacher, I highly recommend A Bear with Pants, by Adam Warren. My students will love this engaging story, to which they can relate. It is perfect for starting discussions and teaching anti bullying. Children will enjoy the illustrations, and easily get the message to work together, speak up, and respect one another. A must have in every classroom!
